Please use the form found on the page linked below and select Parts Replacement from the How May We Help You? dropdown menu. To help us expedite your parts replacement request, please fill in the product's UPC number or SKU (found at the bottom of the product packaging and on some receipts or online order history pages), and/or up-to five pictures that could help our customer support team to better identify your product.
